Is this a fully private tour, and where can we start and finish?

Accepted Answer

Your road transport, Menjangan boat and guided activities are arranged for your party, although attractions, reef sites and hot spring pools are shared with other visitors. Pickup and drop-off are available in Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur and Uluwatu, subject to vehicle access. You may finish at a different South Bali hotel or villa. Other locations and airport transfers can be requested and may carry a supplement. Your pickup time is confirmed after reviewing the route and address.

Question 2

Where will we stay, and what does the price cover?

Accepted Answer

The journey includes two nights at a selected premium resort in Pemuteran, with breakfast on Days 2 and 3. No particular property is guaranteed until availability, room category and your approval are confirmed. The indicative price is IDR 50,000,000 for two guests travelling together, based on one room; longer durations and additional guests are priced on the page. Your final quote depends on dates, party size and accommodation. Lunch and dinner stops are planned, but meals are paid separately unless added to your booking.

Is snorkeling included, and what happens if sea conditions are unsuitable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A private boat, local snorkeling guide, standard equipment and life jackets are included. Your guide selects suitable sites according to weather, currents, visibility and guest ability; clear water and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Tell us in advance about swimming confidence, children’s equipment needs and relevant medical conditions. If the boat operator considers conditions unsafe, the excursion may be rescheduled or replaced with an agreed land-based plan where feasible. Any price adjustment follows the terms provided with your booking.

How demanding is the journey, and is it suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

This escape suits couples, families, friends and private groups seeking nature, local culture and a quieter side of Bali. The proposed park walk lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, but difficulty varies with the selected trail, heat and ground conditions. Children are welcome with adult supervision; please share their ages so we can check life-jacket sizes, child seats and suitable activities. Long drives, uneven paths, boat boarding and slippery pool steps may make the standard route less suitable for guests with limited mobility or those seeking minimal road travel. All timings are approximate and may change with traffic, weather, sea conditions and guest pace.

What should we bring, and is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Bring swimwear, a change of clothes, comfortable walking shoes with grip, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, a waterproof bag, personal medication and cash for meals and small purchases. A light layer is useful in the highlands. Wear modest clothing at temples, covering shoulders and knees, and use a sarong where required. Follow posted temple guidance and your guide’s advice. Swimwear is appropriate for water activities, but cover up when leaving bathing areas. Avoid touching coral or standing on the reef.

Can we customize the experience, and how do we book or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Request a higher-category resort or suite, a dedicated accompanying private guide beyond the included activity guides, a professional photographer, spa treatment, premium dining, an additional snorkeling session or an airport transfer. A private Menjangan boat is already included. Extras depend on availability, conditions and a revised quote; additional snorkeling may require shortening or replacing the forest walk.
