Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book any transfer, tour, or experience with Bali Luxe Tour & Travel ("we", "our", "us"). By making a reservation you accept the terms below. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Bookings & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our concierge via email or WhatsApp. Prices quoted at booking are fixed for the services listed. Additional stops, extended waiting, or extra services requested on the day may be charged separately and will be communicated before delivery.
Payment
Payments are processed via our secure payment partner or bank transfer as agreed in writing. All published fares include applicable Indonesian VAT (PPN) unless noted otherwise. Refunds, where applicable, are issued using the original payment method.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to your booking (date, time, pickup, drop-off, vehicle class) are subject to availability. Cancellation windows and any fees are stated in your confirmation. We recommend advising us as early as possible so we can reassign chauffeurs and vehicles without loss.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, travel documents, flight information, and pickup/drop-off addresses. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate information, missed flights, immigration processing, or force majeure events outside our control.
Chauffeurs, Vehicles & Safety
Our chauffeurs are trained, licensed, and English-speaking. Vehicles are insured in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Guests are asked to wear seat belts at all times and to follow reasonable instructions from the chauffeur regarding safety.
Third-Party Experiences
Some experiences involve third-party venues, hotels, activity operators, or restaurants. We coordinate these on your behalf; the operator of the underlying activity is responsible for its safe delivery.
